After posting about the unusual zebra crossing in Düsseldorf, I went grocery shopping and saw this Forester that a free spirit "left" (the term parking really doesn't apply here) blocking the exit. Nobody inside or somewhere near it. This liberated, outside the box thinking gave me and a lot of other drivers the opportunity to take a scenis tour of the lower level of this parking garage as the only way out was to go down and then up again. I bet that a lot of people have never been to the lower level and would never have gone there without this friendly invitation.

Looks like the back wheels are at the bottom of a very slight dip. Could it be just a neglected/damaged parking brake?

Should've gotten a bunch of guys together to hop it out of the way. Imagine the look on that guy's face when he got back. It would be like this:

Possible but boring.

That's a possibility, but I rather the the "free spirit" idea.

Tbh, Ive done that. I've caught it within 60 seconds, but I've forgot the parking brake in a parking garage and had my truck roll down slowly a few inches
